Our team will always assess access requirements, venue rules, and your schedule to ensure a smooth and timely setup. We also offer early morning or overnight setup options if needed.

Can you match the bar design to our brand colours and guidelines?

Absolutely. Our in-house production team can create fully custom branded panels, backdrops, and menus using your brand assets and style guides. Whether you’re launching a new colour palette or have strict brand compliance standards, we work closely with your creative team or agency to ensure everything is consistent—from Pantone shades to typography. This also includes styling our staff uniforms to reflect your brand tone.

What type of drinks do you offer at activations?

We offer a wide range of cocktail options, including bespoke recipes designed to reflect your product or theme. From classic cocktails with a twist to zero-alcohol mocktails and health-conscious creations, we tailor the drinks menu to your event’s purpose and audience. If you’re showcasing a product with specific ingredients—such as botanicals, coffee, or CBD—we can incorporate those into the drinks. Do you offer dry hire or just full-service pop-up bars?

We offer both. For some activations, clients prefer to dry hire the mobile bar units and handle service in-house. However, the majority of our bookings include full service—staffing, drinks, glassware, setup, and branding—ensuring a consistent and professional experience throughout. We can tailor packages to fit your requirements and budget.

Can you help with data capture or lead generation?

Yes. We can integrate digital elements into your activation, such as QR codes that link to landing pages, apps, competitions or discount codes. Some of our clients choose to run surveys or newsletter sign-ups as part of the bar experience. Do you cater for non-alcoholic or wellness-focused brands?

Definitely. We’ve worked with health and wellness brands to create botanical infusions, CBD mocktails, matcha coolers, and more. Non-alcoholic doesn’t mean non-experiential. Our focus remains on beautiful presentation, storytelling, and delivering a luxurious feel—even without the alcohol.
