Do you provide all the alcohol and mixers, or can we supply our own?

We offer full-service packages that include everything — from spirits and wine to mixers, ice, and garnishes. However, we’re equally happy to operate on a “dry hire” basis where you supply the alcohol, and we provide the bar, staff, and service. If you’ve been gifted lots of bottles as housewarming presents, this can be a great way to make use of them while still enjoying professional bar service. We’ll help guide you on quantities and create a drinks plan that suits the flow of your event.

How much space do you need to set up a bar in a private home?

Our bar setups are completely modular and designed to adapt to the space you have available. For small flats or kitchens, we can bring a compact bar setup that fits comfortably in a corner or near an island. For larger homes or garden parties, we can scale up with extended bars and multiple staff. We always complete a site assessment (virtual or in person) prior to your event to ensure seamless setup and minimal disruption to your home.

What if I don’t have a garden or outdoor space?

That’s no problem at all. Most of our housewarming events take place indoors, and we’re fully equipped to manage indoor logistics. We use protective flooring mats and discreet waste systems to ensure no mess is left behind. Our team works neatly and efficiently, with full respect for your home and your belongings. We’re here to elevate your event, not get in the way of it.

Can I customise the drinks menu or theme it?

We offer both. For some activations, clients prefer to dry hire the mobile bar units and handle service in-house. However, the majority of our bookings include full service—staffing, drinks, glassware, setup, and branding—ensuring a consistent and professional experience throughout. We can tailor packages to fit your requirements and budget.

Can you help with data capture or lead generation?

Yes. We can integrate digital elements into your activation, such as QR codes that link to landing pages, apps, competitions or discount codes. Some of our clients choose to run surveys or newsletter sign-ups as part of the bar experience. Our team is trained to encourage participation without being intrusive, helping convert live interactions into future marketing opportunities.

How far in advance should we book for a London pop-up?

Do you cater for non-alcoholic or wellness-focused brands?

Definitely. We’ve worked with health and wellness brands to create botanical infusions, CBD mocktails, matcha coolers, and more. Non-alcoholic doesn’t mean non-experiential. Our focus remains on beautiful presentation, storytelling, and delivering a luxurious feel—even without the alcohol.
